Ancient Lakes Mineral Balance Essential Electrolytes is a blend of ancient lake salt, potassium chloride and concentrated ionic magnesium solution. Mix it into water, or use it on food in place of regular salt.

Ancient lake salt, potassium chloride, concentrated ionic magnesium solution.
Directions
Mix ½–1 teaspoon into 500 mL–1 L of still or sparkling water. Add lemon or lime juice, or flavour drops, to taste. It can also be used on food in place of regular salt.
