We try to pack and ship every order within 48 hours (it can take a little longer at busy times). After that, Australia Post usually delivers in:

• NSW: 2 to 4 business days
• ACT, VIC, SA, QLD, TAS, NT and WA: 3 to 6 business days

Yes. Express Post is $20 to metro areas and $35 to remote areas. It is faster than standard shipping, but Australia Post does not guarantee next-day delivery to many areas. Express Post is not available for remote orders over 5kg.

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order from our Wollongong warehouse instead of paying for shipping.

Yes. Every order comes with free tracking, and we'll email you a tracking link when your order ships.

Yes. Choose Authority to Leave at checkout and Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place. If you'd prefer a signature on delivery, it's an extra $3.

Not at the moment. We ship from Wollongong, NSW to anywhere in Australia.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Chocolate and other products that can melt in transit, and fragile items like crackers and chips that can break, can't be returned for melting or breakage. No, we don't accept Afterpay, but we do accept PayPal Pay in 4.
