Our shipping rates are;

  • Standard  = $10 
  • Rural = $15 
  • Remote = $20

We primarily ship by Australia Post 


Shipping time

We try to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of order however this may not always be possible during busy times.

Estimated delivery times

1 to 2 business days: NSW, ACT, VIC

2 to 5 business days: SA, South QLD

3 to 5 business days: TAS

4 to 7 business days: North QLD

5 to 9 business days: NT, WA

Express Shipping

We also offer the option of Australia Post Express shipping. (Australia Post Express Zone only - Check your post code)

Express shipping rate are:

  • Standard  = $20 
  • Rural = $25 
  • Remote = $40 



Tracking

All orders come with free tracking. We'll email you a tracking link shortly when shipping your order.

Signature

You can choose to have your order delivered with or without a signature.

If you choose "Authority To Leave", Australia Post will put the package in a safe place out of the weather according to your instructions.

If you choose "Signature Required" then Australia Post will request a signature on delivery. If you're not home, they put a card in your post box indicating which local post office you can collect the package from. You will need to provide identification to collect from the post office.

If you chose "Authority To Leave" Australia Post will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises. Love Low Carb, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this delivery method. You agree to release Love Low Carb from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.


Locations

We ship from Wollongong NSW to anywhere in Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We use eco-friendly recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible.
