Pure Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), Cauliflower Powder, Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Whole Egg Powder, Baking Soda & Seasonings.
How to make
To prepare your Cauli Mash you will need:
30ml of sour cream
30g of butter (cut into cubes)
30g grated cheese
MICROWAVE
Mix: Empty one of the sachets into a food processor. Add sour cream, butter, cheese and mix well. It should form into a ball within the food processor. Empty into a bowl.
Microwave (900w): Heat on high for 30 seconds. (do not overheat)
Finish: Stir and if necessary, add your own seasonings. Enjoy!
