Ingredients
100% Almond Kernels (that have been blanched). Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Fractions, L Glutamine, Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Lactase Enzyme, Sweetener (Sucralose <1%), Erythritol, Organic Stevia Glycosides (0.56%), Whole Egg Powder, Baking Powder.
How to make
To prepare your Jam Donut you will need:
- 15ml of water
- 5 - 10g of butter
- 1/2 tsp of sugar free jam
Mix: Empty contents of this pack into a mug. Add water, butter and mix well. Place sugar free jam in the middle of donut mixture and push down to the bottom of the mixture.
Microwave: Heat on high for 40 seconds. Finish –Turn your donut upside down and lightly sprinkle with sweetener.
To prepare your Iced Donut you will need:
- 15ml of water
- 5 - 10g of butter
- Low carb icing
- Donut Mould
Mix: Empty contents of this pack into a mug. Add water, butter and mix well.
Microwave: Heat on high for 40 seconds. Finish –Allow donut to cool and add low carb icing.
