Alivia Hydration Berry 30 Sachets
Alivia Hydration Berry is a flavoured electrolyte and nutrient drink mix supplied in convenient single-serve sachets.
The formula combines sodium chloride, potassium citrate, sodium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate with 1000mg of L-taurine per serve. Vitamin C, zinc citrate and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate are also included.
Each serve contains 251mg of sodium, 0.6g of carbohydrate and 0.1g of sugar, with no fat. The powder mixes with 400ml to 600ml of water for a light berry-flavoured drink.
With 30 individually portioned sachets, Alivia Hydration Berry is easy to keep at home, at work, in a gym bag or while travelling.
How to Use
Mix one sachet with 400ml to 600ml of water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved.
