After commencing a carnivore diet my nightly leg cramps returned. So I used one dose in a litre of water and sipped on that the next day. No cramps that night. No electrolyte has ever worked like that forme before. For insurance, I took half a dose the next couple of days and all has been fine since. My husband who suffers badly with cramp reluctantly tried it and is now a convert. The equivalent of 1 serve diluted in recommended amount of water is not unpleasant to drink. No need for sweeteners or flavouring.

Starting on carnivore has solved my increasing aches and pains, gut issues and my difficulties trying to maintain a good attitude. (stress, anxiety, call it what you will) the only problem I had was with strenuous exercise, I felt depleted and a drink of water didn't seem to satisfy. Now with these electrolytes I can bounce back and go on easier than I could when full of sugar and carbs. This product has helped me do more on carnivore. Have had outstanding results on carnivore eating but needed something to help balance my electrolytes. All possible products in local stores contain sugar or artificial sweeteners which really upset my stomach plus they stopped me loosing weight. These salts are perfect in a bit of sparkling water.
