So what is konjac rice made from exactly?
Konjac rice is made entirely out of premium grade konjac/glucomannan fibre, which comes directly from the Konjac plant. The only other ingredients are a food grade calcium (which acts as a natural preservative) and purified water.
ZERO Konjac rice is also pre-cooked. All you need to do is rinse in a strainer under the tap for 20 seconds and it's ready to use however you like. For example, add to a ready made stir fry or soup, or use cold in salads or cold rolls.
