Shipping Policy
At Love Low Carb, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery timeframes and policies.
Shipping Rates
We charge two shipping rates across Australia: Metro and Remote.
Standard
- Metro: $10
- Remote: $20
Express
- Metro: $20
- Remote: $35
Signature on delivery is an additional $3. Zone classifications are set by Australia Post and applied automatically at checkout based on your postcode. View the Australia Post zone list.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Order Processing
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will usually be packed and dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Express Shipping
Australia Post Express Shipping is available to eligible postcodes within the Australia Post Express Network.
- Express delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Express Post is not available for Remote orders over 5kg.
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
All orders come with free tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Signature on Delivery
At checkout, you can choose whether your parcel is delivered with or without a signature.
Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe location at your delivery address where possible. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that:
- Your parcel is considered delivered once it has been left at your nominated address.
- Love Low Carb is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.
- Any claims relating to parcels left under Authority to Leave are the responsibility of the recipient.
Signature Required
If you choose Signature Required, Australia Post will request a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign, Australia Post will usually leave a collection card with details of your nearest Post Office where you can collect your parcel. Identification will be required.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We happily deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Shipping Locations
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Wollongong, NSW. We currently ship Australia-wide only and do not offer international shipping.

Wherever possible, we use recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging to minimise our environmental impact while ensuring your order arrives safely.
