So what are konjac noodles made from exactly?
Konjac noodles are made entirely out of premium grade konjac/glucomannan fibre, which comes directly from the Konjac plant. The only other ingredients are a food grade calcium (which acts as a natural preservative) and purified water.
ZERO Konjac noodles are also pre-cooked. All you need to do is rinse them in a strainer under the tap for 20 seconds and it's ready to use however you like.
