Re-Lyte Hydration Watermelon Lime is an electrolyte powder made with Redmond Real Salt, an unrefined sea salt. It contains sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride and calcium, with trace minerals from the salt, and is sweetened with stevia leaf extract. It comes in 30 single-serve stick packs.

Ingredients

Flavoured Re-Lyte Electrolyte Powder (5 calories per serving)
Redmond Real Salt
Potassium citrate
Magnesium malate and magnesium glycinate
GMO-Free citric acid
coconut water powder
natural flavours (lemon, lime, blueberry)
stevia leaf extract

Directions

1. Mix one stick of ReLyte into 500-750ml of water. Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
2. After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
3. Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve

Re-Lyte uses no anti-caking agents, so it needs a little extra mixing. Some sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal: it is the trace minerals from Real Salt.
