Switch Nutrition Collagen Switch is a convenient collagen peptide powder made with hydrolysed collagen from marine fish and grass-fed bovine sources.
Each serve delivers 9,500 mg of Types I, II and III collagen peptides. The formula also contains all 9 essential amino acids, along with Vitamin C and DigeZyme® digestive enzymes.
An amino blend featuring glycine, naturally fermented L-glutamine and L-tryptophan is combined with goMCT® oil powder containing medium-chain triglycerides and prebiotic acacia fibre.
The unflavoured powder can be mixed into water, coffee, smoothies or another favourite beverage, making it easy to include in an everyday routine.
How to Use
Mix 1 scoop, approximately 12.5 g, or 2 scoops, approximately 25 g, with 200–400 ml of water or your favourite beverage. Shake or stir until the powder is fully dissolved, then consume.
