How to Use
Consume one to two capsules daily on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Individuals with medical conditions, those taking medication, or people with severe allergies or sensitivities should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or during lactation.
The maximum recommended daily dose must not exceed 500mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide. The recommended duration of use must be 12 weeks or less.
