Trace Minerals Ionic Magnesium is a liquid magnesium concentrate made from a concentrated seawater complex, with naturally occurring ionic trace minerals. It has a strong mineral taste and can be added to hot or cold drinks or food.

Ingredients

Concentrated seawater complex.

Directions

Take 4 mL (4 full droppers) a day in water, juice or food, as directed on the label. Dilute with more liquid if the taste is too strong. Do not refrigerate.

Warnings

Taking too much magnesium at once may have a laxative effect. If this happens, reduce the amount per serve.
