Pancakes for Breakfast, Pancakes for dessert! with only 1.7g of Carb per 100g, they are the PERFECT keto ANYTHING!
They’re fluffy and light, slightly sweet and have no eggy taste – just like a pancake should!
This low carb pancakes mix will make 6 Proper sized pancakes (about 95g each) or 12 delectable Pikelets.
You’ll need to add-
- 6 Large eggs
- 100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk or Full Cream Milk
- 65ml of very mild Olive oil or Avocado Oil
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined.
Heat a pan on low-medium heat. (we like to grease it a little with ghee)
When your pan is a little over warm, pour in some batter and cook it just like you would any normal pancake!
When you see a slight amount of bubbles coming to the top, its time to flip!
Serve with whatever you want! They pair perfectly with our Low Carb Strawberry Jam and Double Cream.
