For 1 tub you'll need;

-Pure or Thickened Cream

-An egg white

Pop 48g of Mousse Mixture into a bowl with the cream and whisk to stiff peak.

In a separate bowl, whisk an egg yolk to stiff peak.

Fold egg white into mousse mixture.
